I love sharing the data and analytics solutions that make Opta such a valuable resource in driving efficiencies for our clients. Recently, I was proud to be part of a team that introduced new ITV practices and training to one of Canada's largest direct writer call centres. We held a two week educational blitz with hundreds of call centre staff members, beginning with a launch event in their office that Opta and myself were proud to host. We held weekly joint meetings between project managers and key stakeholders to address questions as the product was launched. Through our combined efforts, we were able to take call centre average times from 20 minutes down to just 2 minutes, drastically increasing their time to focus on sales and enhancing their customer’s experience.

Background

Matia has been part of the insurance industry for more than five years. Beginning as a Marketing Coordinator for SCM Risk Management Services, she was part of the Marketing Team that launched the iClarify™ solution to the industry. In 2012, she moved to Opta and began work as a Product Specialist, which lead to her current appointment as National Account Manager.
