Opta Welcomes Kelvin Ngan as Central Region Account Manager

Opta Information Intelligence (Opta), Canada’s largest property location intelligence provider, is excited to announce that Kelvin Ngan has joined the National Account Management Team as Central Region Account Manager, effective immediately.

Kelvin has been in the P&C Insurance industry for ten years working in various underwriting and broker capacities. For the past two and a half years, Kelvin served as a Business Analyst at Opta, working closely with the iClarify™ product team, driving customer value by translating business needs to IT development. He holds Associate in Risk Management and Certified Scrum Master designations.

In this new role, Kelvin will serve as a customer advocate, communicating with clients to develop and introduce new, innovative solutions to meet client needs as well as cultivate strong working relationships by improving profitability, workflow efficiency, time savings, and more.
